Chapter 13: Business Plans
Prior to the year 2002, business plans were not required for job
applicants. Many candidates began developing business plans to gain
an extra edge over the competition and they were quite
successful. A business plan has now become another prerequisite
for the job.
You should be prepared to present this plan during the second interview
with the hiring district manager. Also, be sure to present it during
the final interview with the regional manager, as well.
The business plan needs to be detail-oriented with intermediate
goals in mind for each thirty-day period and specific achievement
goals to be completed within the first six months. Be sure to put
a tremendous amount of time and thought into the development of
your business plan. A well-developed business plan can often become
the swing vote that lands you the job.
A sample business plan is included in this book
